I remember reading that during Hitlers late youth anti-slavic feeling in Austria was quite high in nationalist or pan-germanic circles that Hitler likely was exposed (along with a ton of anti-semitism of course).

Hitler may have had peasant ancestry, but his father was a customs official. Certainly not aristocratic or even well off, but not peasants or workers.

Are there any books told from the point of view from the Hitler Youth or the SS? Preferably autobiographical, but I doubt anyone was willing to admit in detail the horrible atrocities they committed.
