Note Your HBO Max profiles, watch history, and settings are available in enhanced HBO Max. Need to switch accounts? To sign in to a different HBO Max account, choose the Settings icon (lower left) and then Sign Out. Once signed out, choose Sign In.

In HBO Max, choose the Downloads icon If the current profile is an Adult profile, you'll find downloads for each profile on your device. Kids profiles can only watch shows and movies downloaded by their profile. Once you start watching a download, you have 48 hours to finish watching it before it expires. Unwatched downloads expire after 30 days.

Didn't get the one-time code email? On the One-Time Code screen, enter the code from the email and choose Submit Confirm that you want to connect the subscription billed through your provider to your existing HBO Max account.
