Three crew members aboard a private medical helicopter died in a crash Monday night while flying over northern Kentucky en route to pick up and transport a patient, officials said. The crash occurred before 6 p.

A statement from Air Evac Lifeteam said one of its helicopters - Air Evac 133 - crashed responding to an emergency call at around 6 p.m.
