For her first official solo appearance in over a year, Princess Kate met with cancer patients and the team at London's Royal Marsden Hospital.

Kate Middleton wore a replacement ring instead of Princess Diana's sapphire and diamond bauble, to visit Royal Marsden Hospital where she received cancer treatment.
