Simone Ashley is returning for Bridgerton season 4, but Anthony Bridgerton and Kate Sharma's storyline still raises several critical concerns.

Everyone exhale, Simone Ashley is officially coming back to Bridgerton. Kate Sharma's presence in the upcoming fourth season has been somewhat up-in-the-air ever since Netflix dropped the cast list on September 16 and fans noticed that Simone's name wasn't included.

This started with the announcement in July that Benedict (Luke Thompson) will be the Bridgerton sibling starring in Season 4. Each season follows a different sibling's love story. Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor) was the Season 1 focus, followed by Anthony (Jonathan Bailey) in Season 2, and, most recently, Colin (Luke Newton) in Season 3.

Simone Ashley is reassuring Bridgerton fans that she actually is reprising her role as Kate in season 4. “I know that I am returning, but that’s all I can say," Ashley, 29, said in an interview with Glamour U.
