Blake Harper has gone from a high school role player to one of the top scoring freshman in college basketball.

The Cooperstown boys basketball team clinched the Center State Conference Division 3 title on Thursday with a 75-54 win over Hamilton. The victory improved the Hawkeyes’ perfect record to 19-0.
