Jack Draper has overwhelmed Holger Rune 6-2, 6-2 in a little more than an hour in the final of the BNP Paribas Open to claim his first Masters 1000 title and earn his debut in the top 10 of the ATP rankings.

Holger Rune acknowledged in his press conference that Jack Draper "deserved to win" their Indian Wells final battle but also felt that he could have been more aggressive in his opportunities and probably put more pressure on the Briton.

Draper's first-serve potency and a bad day on court for Rune took the Brit to a first 1,000-level title with relative ease.
