A parade of cold fronts expected in the next two weeks, keeping Central Florida much colder-than-normal for the majority of the outlook.

While Central Florida temperatures dropped into the 40s overnight Thursday, colder weather is on tap for the weekend, according to the National Weather Service in Melbourne.

Cool and dry weather will be the name of the game for the first official week of 2025 in Central Florida. While we stay rain-free and mostly sunny through the weekend, temperatures will remain below normal by several degrees. By Saturday, afternoon highs will only reach the low 60s.
