Doctor Doom became the Sorcerer Supreme in the climactic finale of this summer's big Blood Hunt event, and now, in 2025, we'll see what he's been up to since he took on the mantle in a new five-issue limited series titled The Rise of Emperor Doom by Fantastic Four writer Ryan North and artist RB Silva.

The age of Doctor Doom is officially under way, as Marvel prepares to make the Fantastic Four villain the literal ruler of the entire world in 2025.

That was the big news from Marvel's "Next Big Thing" panel at NYCC today. The Rise of Emperor Doom is a five-issue limited series kicking off in February 2025. The series is written by Ryan North (Fantastic Four) with art by RB Silva (Powers of X) and cover art by Ben Harvey.

The status quo of Marvel Comics shifted in 2024, with Doctor Doom taking over the office of Sorcerer Supreme. Now he seeks to go one step further, and take over the entire Earth. This shall come to pass across the whole Marvel line in 2025,

Marvel announces its One World Under Doom event will impact the entire Marvel Universe with a new limited series, Rise of Emperor Doom.
