Timberwolves forward Julius Randle made his anticipated return to Madison Square Garden on Friday and reflected on his impactful five-year tenure with the Knicks.

Now about halfway through the NBA season, the Timberwolves have yet to replicate their success from a year ago. The additions they made for Towns haven't fit in well and it has made some wonder if they will look to make a move ahead of the NBA trade deadline.

Even when the Timberwolves look like they're figuring it out with seven wins in 10 games, they revealed themselves as an unserious basketball team when they trailed the Warriors 34-12 after one quarter Wednesday night and wound up losing 116-115. It was the latest speed bump in a season full of inconsistencies.
