Avista implements power shut off in Indian Trail due to high fire risk and strong winds
SPOKANE, Wash. — Avista Utilities announced on Facebook that a Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) was implemented in the Indian Trail area of Spokane County due to high fire risk and strong winds on Sunday afternoon. According to the Avista power outage map, the outage began around 3 p.m. on Sunday and is affecting roughly 1,500 customers.
