Oct. 3, a former employee whom Garth Brooks claims requested assistance and turned on him once the country star was unable to provide further financial aid filed a lawsuit alleging sexual abuse and rape.

A woman who says she worked as a hair-and-makeup artist for Garth Brooks alleges in a lawsuit that the country music star raped and sexually assaulted her in a Los Angeles hotel in 2019.

A stylist said Garth Brooks sexually assaulted her. Brooks said the lawsuit comes after an extortion attempt and the allegations are “behavior I am incapable of.”
