A Marin County Sheriff's deputy helped save a driver who became trapped when her vehicle ended up in a flooded creek during Tuesday's atmospheric river storm, in a rescue caught on camera.According to deputies,

Thunderstorms brought heavy rains and caused flash flooding in portions of West Virginia, while a wintry mix coated trees and roads in ice and even dropped “thunder ice” in several states.
