Drake won’t be trying to stop Kendrick Lamar from playing his megahit “Not Like Us” at the Super Bowl halftime show next year. “The rumors are completely false,” a rep for Drake, 37, told Us Weekly in a statement on Tuesday.

It turns out Wack 100 ‘s claim was Kendrick Lamar and Drake was, in fact, wack. The music manager alleged in a livestream over the weekend that the Canadian rapper filed a cease-and-desist order in order to prevent Lamar from performing his chart-topping diss track “Not Like Us” at the Super Bowl.

The rumor was initially sparked by comments on a live stream from rapper Wack 100 claiming Drake was using the NFL to try to restrict Lamar within his upcoming performance. Cease-and-desists have been present throughout some of the Drake and Kendrick Lamar rap battle back and forth.
