Hawes and Curtis doesn't carry my sizing (15/32). :-(Sigh - this is exactly why I am so profoundly disappointed in JCP - I loved the fact that I didn't have to waste my life searching and scrounging for a quality staple day-to-day professional work shirt.

The highest quality crew neck in a mercerized cotton I know of for under jacket wear is a Wynn labeled shirt available from the Pro Shop in Wynn's in LV. They are $130. They hold up wonderfully well and are very well made. I have about 12 in various colors.

WEBFeb 10, 2011 · Decent quality and price once down to $20.00. Don't know if Murano and Turnbery are house brands, but they have decent linen clothes. I'll agree with Mr. Mac and Cruiser that Dillard's is, on balance, solidly middle-road if you go by the flagship store goods. Small stores are same or slightly better than Macy's.

Kiton, Luigi Bordello, Brioni, Turnbull & Asser, Hilditch & Key, Charvet, etc. are Better shirts at a High Price Range!!🧐💯🧔👑. Reply Like.

While I can't speak specifically to the quality of YSL, you'll find that there is a general consensus on this forum that fashion designer shirts are unlikely to be of any quality comparable to shirts made by shirtmakers.

I wear it often, although the fabric is stiff and it really does hold perspiration odor by the end of the day. IMO PF shirts are OK on sale, but I wouldn't pay full price.

But if you're going to be an enthusiast, know that the créme of aloha shirting is various small makers in Hawaii (and Japan). Kamehameha Garments is an good example of a classic, Hawaii-based maker.
